81% of targeted permanent employees completed the Ethics Training Programme covering conflict of interest, discrimination, harassment, and corruption/bribery.

Environment

27% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions since 2021. Around 19 ktCO₂e saved through electrification and energy efficiency measures across production sites.

17% reduction in Scope 3 emissions since 2021. Comprehensive roadmap targeted to finalise in 2026.

1.4 TWh of customer energy savings enabled through Eficia and Advizeo.
